Went in for a spontaneous tour without an appointment to look for apartment for next year! David B was super nice and super helpful! he took his time a explained everything to me including prices, floor plans, amenities, and how to look online for apartment availability. He was great! Apartments are always a lil sloppy but this apartment complex management staff is awful. We were set up on autopay and twice their systems screwed it up but they still charged us a late fee and put a notice to pay on our door or we would be evicted. Also, you better pay to hire a cleaning lay when you leave because they charge you for literally everything out of your deposit. We also paid $75/month for a private parking spot and the ENTIRE time we were there the gates didn't work so anyone could park there. DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!!!!
I recently went on a tour with Anika from Emerson. She was very knowledgeable about the area and was kind enough to point out areas of interest within the community. She was able to address my concerns about the noise and security protocols which turned out to not be a deal breaker for me because of the location. However, I am going through an unexpected financial hardship and was bummed I wouldn't be able to sign my lease this year. But I expect to be here next summer.

I love living here! The leasing team is always helpful, I’ve had no issues with any kind of bugs, dope location. I can walk to Mill, Culinary Dropout, my yoga class and my job lol. So happy I moved here and did a 18 month lease.
